Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Surbhi Singh | Professional CA/CS Services Provider , you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Professional Services

Surbhi Singh provides professional services including but not limited to:

• Income Tax Filing and Planning
• GST Registration and Compliance
• Company Incorporation and Secretarial Services
• Financial Consulting and Auditing
• Business Advisory Services
• Other Services

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond promptly to requests for additional information
• Pay fees as agreed upon in our service agreement
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information

Service Limitations

Our services are subject to the following limitations:

• Services are provided based on information provided by clients
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on incomplete information
• Tax and legal regulations may change, affecting our advice
• Final responsibility for compliance rests with the client

Fees and Payment

Service fees are determined based on:

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the agreement.

Professional Standards

Our services are provided in accordance with professional standards set by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). We maintain professional indemnity insurance and adhere to continuing professional development requirements.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for fees incurred up to the termination date. We will provide all completed work and return client documents.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Patna.
